Hello, I'm Poonam G Jetha, a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 18 years of experience in the NHS, private practice, and the independent sector. I’ve completed more than 8,500 hours of clinical work, supporting individuals with a wide range of psychological challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I use evidence-based approaches—primarily CBT and EMDR—to help individuals understand and manage their difficulties, develop practical coping strategies, and improve emotional well-being. I specialize in trauma, grief, low self-esteem, neurodiversity (including ADHD and autism), menopause-related issues, and OCD.
