I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 4 years of professional experience. I specialize in working with victims of domestic and narcissistic abuse, as well as trauma bond. I am also trained to work with anxiety, stress, low-moods, depression, PTSD, general self-esteem issues, rebuilding confidence, loss, and bereavement. I am compassionate , understanding, and non-judgemental person. I have a very positive approach to life, but I also have a great understanding of how the stress or passed traumatic experiences can bring us down. I help clients to make positive changes and become free from negative thoughts, habits, and behaviour patterns. I work with you to gain an understanding of your challenges and goal, in safe and caring environment, to provide personalised therapy for each person. During our therapy I normally explore client's past, present, and the future; using a core model and a lots of different techniques and skills, which will help them to heal, resolve their issues, and achieve their goals. Although , I mainly use Person-Centred Approach; I also combine other approaches like: Humanistic Approach, Psychodynamic Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Integration, Parts & Gestalt Therapy, as well as Mindfulness. I also help clients to come up with their own conclusions to promote new healthy habits and redirect limiting thinking.
