ABOUT

Whether you are struggling to make sense of your loss, coping with unexpected emotions, or simply need someone to walk beside you through your healing journey, I am here to support you. In my practice I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard. I draw on evidence based approaches while honouring your unique grief journey. My path into grief counselling has been shaped by both personal experience and my work with clients navigating profound loss. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals through bereavement because I truly understand how isolating and life-altering grief can be. Having personally experienced loss, I understand how deeply such circumstances can affect our emotional well-being and sense of stability. Coping with the gradual changes that illness brings – and the grief that follows – can be an incredibly complex and painful process. This insight informs my approach and allows me to offer clients both empathy and a steady, supportive presence.
